Enrollment-Cum-Registration Form Fill-up for 1st year students

Students of 1st year are directed to fill up their Enrolment-Cum-Registration form as per following schedule. If any student fails to fill-up his/her form in time, his/her name will be erased from the admission register as per Burdwan University rules.

Requirement :

  1. Admission Voucher.
  2. Original Mark-sheet of Madhyamik and H.S.
  3. Xerox copy of Admit card of Madhyamik and Xerox copy of Registration certificate of H.S.
  4. Passport size Photo ( 3cm X 4 cm) (Computer printed photo will not be allowed).

N.B. – Students who have taken re-admission for the session 2011-12 are directed to submit their Xerox copy of previous Registration certificate at the time of fill-up of Enrolment-Cum-Registration form.
