Cover Paper – 190 GSM Paper. Multi-coloured Digital quality (As per the Prospectus 2012).
Inside Paper – 120 GSM Paper, Bi-colour.
A soft copy in .pdf format have to be provided.

a) The Prescribed Format for the Tender:

- Rate for extra pages, per page, with & without photos ……………
- Rate for cover (with multi-colour photos) ……………
b) All quotations are to be tendered in the prescribed format only.
c) All quotations must be supported with samples of paper as specified in the tender notice.
d) All quotations must be supported with proof of the tenderer”s credentials.
The Tender must reach the Principal by 5th June, 2014. The Tenders shall be opened on 7th June, 2014 at 3.00 p.m.
