  1. Price Validity: The price validity of the system should not be less than 45 days from the date of opening of the tender.
  2. Payment: Full payment within 30 (Thirty) days after delivery
  3. Delivery: The delivery of the system is required to be made within 4weeks from the receipt of payment.
  4. Service facility: Supplier should mention about the possible service set up in India and how capable they are to provide after sales service.
  5. The competent authority reserves the right to reject the tender without assigning any reasons thereof.
